Truth. I lost out on buying an E30 because in the 12 hours I waited to respond some one else had already set up a meeting to look at the car. Eventho the listing was only a few minute old when I saw it.

I’m the owner. The interior is actually in much better shape than the exterior. Apart from a little water-staining on the seats (that is a bit hard to see) and just usual dirt and grime, its condition is great. Gonna spend hours cleaning it out this spring.
